Haitian American Princess as referred to online and by friends. Have a deep love for Haiti, though my valid fears make me one of thousands born to Haitian parents that have yet to visit.
I am passionate about the youth and this is evident in all my pursuits to show them someone is there to help. Trying to change the only look out for self mentality that is hurting the Haitian American community that tends to talked down but not readily supported so the company I founded Haitian American Youth Online is here to be the business I never found and still do not.
If our community are not supporting the youth in all ways we cannot properly solidify the youth. Check other communities like the Hispanic community that pushes all great representations to the forefront. We need to leave the "Crab In the Barrel Mentality" Push the youth and things will be better for the next generation of Haitian Americans who are doing great things now even without the support. But more can be done and I am working with many who want to see this. Then with our mark made we as Haitian Americans can be part of Haiti's solution to, not just charities.
