Half past midnight... the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) which was to publish the final results of the first round yesterday February 2, 2011, as written on its schedule, has not kept its commitments.
We are February 3 and still no time for the publication. Some journalists have fallen asleep, others left the scene. The only "generous" information communicate by the CEP to the press towards 10h50pm, by the voice of Richard Dumesle, its spokesman, is to wait... that the CEP worked tirelessly to deliver the results, concluding with a few words of excuses... without setting time of publication... In a few hours on the day will rise, we hope this February 3 will meet the expectations of all.
