The Best Representation of Haitian Entertainment, Culture, & LifeStyle
BIO:
Murielle Jean-Pierre (MJ) was born and raised in Haiti, brought up by a big family of five & the youngest of two brother's and two sister's. Murielle had a dream... a dream of becoming a very successful person that makes great impact on people's lives. Over all, she had tough times in life dealing with her family. There were times her family couldn't eat. But it was a blessing to have been brought into such strong and surviving family. At age 14, Murielle arrived to the US lived with dad "Yvan Jean-Pierre" and mom "Sylvia Delva". Murielle's first school was Bucklodge Middle School, then went to High Point High School and that's when it all started.
Murielle's dreams were to become what she's always wanted... a singer if not more. She began to see that the United States gives so much more of an opportunity than she ever had. Murielle performed a couple plays during summer vacation and she went to modeling school and got involved with a couple of runway fashion shows. Two years later while singing in the elevator at Belford Towers, a man name"Henry Doll" introduced himself as an artist, his words to be exact were "You have such beautiful voice! Are you a singer?" and Murielle replied "No, but would love to become one some day". Murielle was willing to work with anyone that could play/make beats, including those with "pots and wooden spoon"! Now this is no joke! One producer really makes beats with pots and a wooden spoon then recorded them on a tape recorder, and that was back in 2000. Months passed by and still having a passion for music. Henry seemed to be a well known individual. He knew of other musicians that were more advanced with production and engineering as well. This connected Murielle to begin collaborating with local artists in MD, DC, VA, NY, NC, and ATL.
Murielle also began expanding more in modeling... doing print, commercial, runway, and magazine/editorial work. Murielle then met with CEO of Zobe, Mr. Alonzo Black, and began increasing her exposure, promotions, and enhancing her image under representation of Zobe Models & Talents Agency. Zobe formed their own independent record label in 2012 being distributed by Universal Music Group (Island Def Jam/Interscope/Motown) and signed Murielle to their label.
Currently Murielle is working towards becoming the most successful music artist and model world wide. Murielle is a very diverse young lady that sings in four different languages which are English, Creole, Spanish, and French. She also goes by "Murielle da Haitian Bombshell" Murielle has an EP out which was released in 2011 by the name of "Love Pangs" and is currently working on an album to be released under Zobe/Universal. As for now she's doing big things, so look out for the sensational and distinctive artist name "Murielle da haitian bombshell" as she will be featured in Zobe Magazine and Zobe TV Network as a Zobe Records artist.
