Charles Henri Baker was born in Bourdon, Port-au-Prince. He is 50 years ago agronomist, industrial and civil society leader. Charlie H Baker has been married since 1954 with four children. His sincere desire to serve his people and the admiration of Haitians caused some to call him “The best Hope for Haiti” At age 21, he manages a farm of 41 acres in the Residential Dujour in Croix des Bouquets, where sugarcane, bananas and tobacco are grown. Under his visionary leadership, he is developing rapidly and the cultivated an area of 80 acres, making it the largest tobacco firm in
the country.
