Meta Golding born of Haitian decent is a versatile actress who has appeared in several television shows. Her film credits include On Edge, Quite Days In Hollywood, Kiss The Girls, and In Justice: Victims. Aside from this, she has also appeared in several episodes on the crime drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Moreover, she is part of the television series Day Break as Jennifer Mathis.

Besides the United States, she lived in countries such as India, France and Italy. During her years in Italy, she competed on ice as an Italian national figure skater, but when an injury ended her skating career she started acting in Italian theatre. She returned to the U.S to attend Cornell University and earned degrees in Theatre Arts and International Relations. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California, but spends much of her spare time helping the children in an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. Golding is fluent in English, French and Italian.
